Matrix Core Builder Systems - ZZA Type
Field of application
With the ZZA - Type Matrix Core Builder Systems you can assemble heat exchanger cores with parallel arranged tubes and corrugated fins.
The ZZA machine type was specially developed for average and high production outputs. The individual components of a heat exchanger core are automatically assembled so that the core can be directly supplied to the subsequent soldering process.
Interventions by the operator for these systems are reduced to a minimum.
Further system types:
In addition to the stated standard systems of the ZZA type we also offer further special system concepts:
- ZZA - Type High Volume with Double-Row fin production. This system concept can be retooled with regard to different products and can build up to 150 cores per hour depending on the product type.
- ZZA - Type Multi-Row for automatic building of cores with more than one tube row.
- Automatic parts supply and removal by means of manipulators or robots. We provide customized solutions for each application. Feel free to contact us!
