Over 150 highly qualified employees
For an enterprise to become market leader in the world of today it is
essential to have staff with soft skills and the ability to work in a
team. The around 150 highly qualified staff members at Schöler, with an
average age of under 40 years, vouch for putting our credo ‚Creating
Solution' into practice. When working on solutions, our hard-working and
motivated Schöler team will always treat the targets of its customers
with top priority in order to achieve the optimum solutions.
7000 square meter production area
A 7000 square meter
production area provides space amongst others for three assembly platforms,
which have been set up in consideration of the up-to-date ergonomic and
environmental aspects. In this area we preinstall and extensively test all
machines including complete production lines under all conditions required. This
way we can ensure that our products are safe and function without fail.
Independent research and development department
Do you have
special ideas and requests? Our independent research and development department
will be happy to support you in the realization. Needless to say we not only
make the requests of our customers become reality but are also continuously
working on new solutions for more productivity and effectivity for our machines.
High-end 3D-CAD-System
The main
requirements for our Engineering department is to implement demanding drafts in
a fast, exact and optimum way. All workstations have therefore been equipped
with the 3D-CAD-System Pro/ENGINEER® in order to provide our constructing
engineers with the necessary tools. Pro/ENGINEER® as leading high-end solution
provides extensive CAD-/CAM functionality for the development of advanced
products.
Nowadays an industrial process without automation is unthinkable. Only the best possible interaction of machine construction and automatic control will provide you with the optimum productivity for your machine. Schöler, with its electronics and software department, is not only specialized in machine construction but is also in the position to provide in-house developed control cabinet systems using diverse components and PLC programming with systems of different manufacturers.
High-quality equipped tooling centre
Exacting tolerances
and various different specifications for the design of single parts often
require a high degree of know-how for toolmaking. Only single parts which have
been optimally produced provide the required effectivity of the final product.
