As a leading supplier of production equipment for the manufacture of thin-walled tubes and profiles for the heat exchanger industry, we offer a diverse range of flexible and efficient solutions for folded and seam-welded geometries. All folded profiles relevant for heat exchanger production in snapover, clinched or B-type design, but also multiport profiles for the air conditioning industry, can be produced in the highest quality on our systems. Seam-welded profiles made of aluminum or brass can also be produced as flat oval or rectangular shape tubes with hourglass and dimple designs at maximum production speeds. To increase efficiency to a maximum, Schöler has developed a unique machine and tool quick-change concept.
