Further fin mill for Austria

The exclusively positive experience with Schöler machinery in its production facility as well as the growing market demands have initiated our Austrian key customer to order a further twin-track fin mill „LW-T Advance Line“.

In addition to the common high-volume components, this machine has been equipped first-time with an innovative „Side-Packing” – gathering technology. Vertical gathering rolls are utilized which grip on the fin edges along the sides in order to obtain the desired degree of gathering. In this way, you are able to improve and simplify the individual adjustability, especially in the case of narrow fin geometries with extremely thin strip material.

At the start of 2012 the machinery will be delivered and promptly ready for operation on its site.
