Improved availability of spare parts USA

Having successfully transformed the pure sales office into an independently operating sales and service headquarter we are now accomplishing the third and last step for the expansion of our daughter company 'Schoeler of America, Inc.' (SoA).

 

Since beginning of September SoA has, in addition to the previous tasks, taken over all transactions for the supply of spare parts for the whole American continent. SoA which has moved to their new headquarters in Dallas is now exclusively responsible for the spare parts business for our machines and systems.

 

The parts depot which has been especially set up in Dallas enables an optimum supply of genuine spare parts for the American market - if necessary within just a few hours.

 

With immediate effect this means for our customers that all requests concerning new business, spare parts supply and service requests can be exclusively handled by one contact. Short ways and fast communication as well as the best possible transparency minimize inefficiencies and provide for a customer service which is hard to top.
