Simon Wigger appointed head of machine sales department

Simon Wigger will take over the position of department manager for machine sales from Jan Schöler as of 01.01.2023. Schöler trustfully hands over previous operational activities to his successor and will take care of the machine, tooling and aftersales team and marketing area as the department manager across the board.

Simon started his technical apprenticeship at Schöler in 2004, then completed a dual study program to become an industrial engineer (B.Eng.) and has been working in our team as a sales engineer on an international level since 2012. His many years of expertise in machine sales and his very excellent customer contacts, qualify him for the new task.
"My focus will be on enabling my team and myself to explain and communicate the advantages of our systems even more tangibly to our customers and interested parties," says Wigger. "I am convinced that our high level of quality and precision is what our customers need.” In addition to the technical management of the machine sales department, Simon will also take over the strategic direction of his sales team in Germany.

We as the board of directors is pleased that Simon, as an experienced and highly qualified professional, is taking over the leading position in sales and wish him every success in his new area of responsibility.
